Students in grades K–5 are invited to spend a week exploring the world of art! Under the guidance of JA teacher Carrie Ann Eatherly, campers will experiment with multiple mediums, develop new techniques, and create unique artwork that reflects their imagination and creativity. Each day highlights a different artistic medium, including watercolor, tempera, and acrylic painting, clay sculpting and 3D projects, collage and mixed media, printmaking and stamping, and drawing with pastels, markers, and pencils. Campers receive guided instruction while being encouraged to experiment, take creative risks, and express their own style. All materials are provided, and each child leaves with a collection of their own masterpieces. This camp is perfect for curious K–5 students who want to explore new artistic techniques in a fun, hands-on environment.
