Students will be encouraged to push themselves as we discuss, demonstrate, and complete track speed and agility training. This camp will focus on running mechanics, strength/agility training, warmups/cool downs, race strategy, mental preparation, and leadership skills. We will also implement fun games throughout the week to encourage healthy competition! Come run with us and watch these activities encourage young athletes to succeed in all areas of competition with healthy bodies and tough minds.
